FORT SMITH, Ark. — According to the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD), authorities have responded to a crash involving four cars at the intersection of Phoenix Avenue and Jenny Lind Road that has resulted in injuries.
Police advise travelers to expect delays, and avoid the area if possible.
