ARKANSAS, USA — Waste Management announced it will not run its trash and recycling routes on Tuesday, Jan. 16, due to continued winter weather.
Cities in the area that will be affected are Farmington, Centerton, Tontitown, Avoca, Decatur, Van Buren, and Altus.
Waste Management's routes on Monday, Jan. 15, and Tuesday, Jan. 16, will be collected next week for the regular services.
“As we continue to evaluate road conditions for the safety of our employees and the communities we serve, we will continue to provide updates as they become available," Jamie Vernon, public sector manager for Waste Management, said.
