Arkansas-Missouri Railroad announces new special tours for May

The railroad is also offering regular Van Buren to Winslow rides on April 24 and 27, as well as May 4, 18, and 25.

ARKANSAS, USA — The Arkansas-Missouri Railroad is back with two special events, a Steampunk Festival and a Mother's Day Lunch tour, both announced for May 11.

Established in 1986, the Arkansas-Missouri Railroad has offered multiple holiday-themed, round-trip, tourist rides across the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas.

The excursion train ride is a major tourist attraction for visitors and locals alike who are interested in taking a ride around the area with scenic views of the Boston Mountains.

Here's everything you need to know about the new spring events. 

Special Events:

  • May 11 
    • Springdale to Van Buren - Steampunk Festival, starting at 8 a.m.
    • Van Buren to Winslow - Mother's Day Lunch, starting at 11 a.m.
