ARKANSAS, USA — Walmart Inc. of Bentonville paid $3.1 million for 4.66 acres on SE Walton Boulevard.
Walmart owns two adjacent parcels, giving the company 8.7 acres on the southeast corner of SE Walton and Dodson Road. Walmart acquired the other parcels in 2014 and 2015.
The recent seller was the Lovell Revocable Trust, led by Jerry Dale Lovell. Eugene and Melvina Lovell acquired the land for $17,500 in 1961.
