FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A water main break caused delays for the Razorback game day traffic on Oct. 19, according to the Fayetteville Police Department (FPD).
According to police, it happened at the intersection of M.L.K. Jr. Boulevard and Razorback Road. Police said one eastbound lane on M.L.K Jr. Boulevard was closed as well as two southbound lanes on Razorback Road.
FPD recommended that anyone who planned to attend should leave earlier than expected.
"Please leave much earlier than expected, be patient, and avoid the area if you can."
At around 5:40 p.m. on Saturday, FPD said repairs had been completed.
