ARKANSAS, USA — If you saw something in the sky at around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, you caught the sight of SpaceX's Dragon Endurance spacecraft.
According to NASA, its SpaceX Crew-7 returned from space after launching on Aug. 26, 2023. The spacecraft landed in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Pensacola, Florida this morning and was visible in Arkansas at around 4:30 a.m.
During its mission, Crew-7 conducted "maintenance activities" and "hundreds of experiments and technology demonstrations," NASA said. One of the experiments included growing food on the space station along with "the first study of human response to different spaceflight durations."
