Inside the Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City, a weird scuffle took place between a mall security guard and a topless woman, according to affiliate station KFOR – Channel 4.
The entire incident was caught on camera, too.
The woman was accused of shoplifting and was approached by security, according to KFOR. That’s when things got heated.
