The U.S. Supreme Court could soon make a ruling on its Hobby Lobby contraception case centered in Oklahoma, where the store headquarters are located.
Supreme Court Justices will be deciding a number of cases on Wednesday (April 23), and one of them could be the Hobby Lobby case, affiliate station KFOR reported.
The Oklahoma-based craft store is challenging a requirement of Obamacare that says employers must provide access to all types of contraceptives, including Plan-B, as an option in its insurance coverage or pay a penalty of $1.3 million, according to KFOR.
