FORT SMITH (KFSM) -- The Fort Smith Police Department is looking for Douglas Eubanks, 33, as a person of interest in an aggravated robbery that happened at Hardee's in Fort Smith early Saturday (July 28).
Police responded to a call at the Hardee's on 1820 Phoenix Avenue and said an employee came to work to find their manager tied up and sitting on the floor near an open safe.
Officers were told when the manager arrived to unlock the store two males were already inside and robbed the female at gun point; taking the money from the safe and ransacking the office. The suspects then left the area taking the employee's Kia.
According to Fort Smith Police no one was injured in the robbery.
Eubanks is described as 6'1" in height and weighs 235 pounds. His last known address was the 1300 block S. 46th Street in Fort Smith.
