FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – A Fayetteville Police officer that has been suspended multiple times has left his job at the police department, according to the city of Fayetteville.
A letter from the city of Fayetteville states, “Effective immediately, Dominic Swanfeld is no longer an employee of the Fayetteville Police Department.”
Previously, Swanfeld was suspended during a sexual harassment investigation and also during a later investigation, in which, a woman said he slapped her.
