A Bentonville woman was killed Thursday (June 13) in a motorcycle accident in Madison County.
Paula L. Cameron, 33, was riding a Harley motorcycle north on Highway 23 south of Huntsville when she attempted to pass another vehicle and lost control of the motorcycle, according to an Arkansas State Police fatality accident report.
An 8-year-old boy riding with Cameron was injured. Both were taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo. Cameron died from her injuries, according to ASP.
No word on the extent of the child’s injuries.
The accident happened around 1:25 p.m., according to the report.
