ARKANSAS (KFSM) — The Arkansas Department of Education released a report card for each of the state’s schools on Friday (April 15).
The performance report is graded on several different areas, including student performance, growth, graduation rate and gap, and achievement gap.
Like students, the schools are graded on an A-F scale. However, the report cards are for schools overall and do not reflect individual teachers or students.
The grades were calculated for the 2014-2015 school year.
The ADE encourages parents to look at the ratings and talk with teachers and district officials about ways to help the school.
