22-year-old woman dies after head-on collision in Logan County

Jurnee Stanford was driving an ATV north on Highway 109 when she crossed into the southbound lane and struck a Chevy Silverado.

SUBIACO, Ark. — A 22-year-old woman has died after a head-on collision in Logan County on April 6, according to a crash report from the Arkansas Department of Public Safety

Jurnee Stanford of Subiaco was driving an ATV north on Highway 109 when she attempted to negotiate a curve while a Chevy Silverado was traveling southbound. 

Stanford crossed into the southbound lane and struck the truck at 3:53 p.m. 

Stanford did not survive the crash. The passenger in her ATV was injured and taken to a hospital in Little Rock.
