Bella Vista Fire Department hosting an open house for their new training center

The BVFD will also be supplying hamburgers and hot dogs at the open house... cooked responsibly of course.

BELLA VISTA, Ark. — The Bella Vista Fire Department (BVFD) is setting up its new training center, and residents are invited to see it for themselves.

On Friday, May 3, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., the BVFD will be hosting an open house at the new training center on 7 Carlisle Drive.

The center hosts a new classroom, emergency medical services lab, driver practice lot, burn room, and a five-story training tower.

Bella Vista Communications Director Cassi Lapp said the city is excited to show the public "what their tax dollars have paid for, and how their local fire and EMS departments will benefit from this facility for years to come."

The BVFD will also supply hamburgers and hot dogs at the open house... responsibly cooked of course.
