The house has been on the market since 2010, according to this report from ArkansasBusiness.com. They say the Petrinos were wanting to downsize.

A gallery on a realtor’s website shows photos the home has a double staircase, chandelier in the foyer and what appears to be marble and tile floors throughout the home. The master bedroom features spacious his and hers walk-in closets.
Petrino’s home office features built-in bookcases and desk.
And of course, there’s a pool, basketball court, batting cage and putting green. There’s even a covered back patio with a sink and stove for outdoor grilling.
A local realtor says these large, expensive homes are hard to sell.
“Selling a luxury house is something a very unique property to a very unique buyer, people that spend that type of money on a property is individualized,” said Mitch Weigel.
Weigel says there are 50 luxury homes in the million dollar range in Washington and Benton counties.
