A Tornado Watch has been issued for the area highlighted in yellow until 11:00pm tonight, it includes ALL of NW Arkansas and the River Valley.
A watch being issued means that conditions are favorable for tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area.
The primary threats with the storms tonight will be a few tornadoes, scattered damaging wind gusts up 70mph, and large hail (above quarter size).
