AUSTIN, Texas — ***Severe Thunderstorm Watch canceled***
Here's a look at rainfall totals for Austin as of 8pm Thursday. A few showers through the late evening, then mostly cloudy overnight.

4:15 p.m. – Images and video posted to social media on Thursday showed the storms ripping through Central Texas, with some residents reporting damage.
3:50 p.m. – A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for parts of Caldwell and Hays counties, including Kyle, until 4:15 p.m.
3:45 p.m. – Oncor's outage map has revealed thousands of power cuts in Williamson County, with more than 3,200 without power in Taylor, 1,400 without power in Elgin, nearly 1,400 in Round Rock and hundreds without power in Georgetown.
3:35 p.m. – A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for parts of Williamson, Bastop and Lee counties until 4:30 p.m., with wind gusts of up to 60 mph possible. The warning includes Elgin, Giddings and Lexington.
3:30 p.m. – Downed trees have been reported in Leander. Leander police said all of RM 2243 is closed between US 183 and Toll Road 183A.

PHOTOS: Severe weather moves through Central Texas on Thursday
3:20 p.m. – Strong winds and possible weak rotation has been recorded in the northeast corner of Williamson County, according to the National Weather Service.
3 p.m. - A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for much of Central Texas until 10 p.m. Storms through this evening will be capable of large hail, damaging winds and a couple of tornadoes cannot be ruled out.
2:30 p.m. - A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for parts of Williamson, Travis, and Burnet counties until 3:15 p.m. 60 mph wind gusts possible with the storm. The storm is moving east at 40 mph.
