Winter, yay or nay? | Arctic Arkansas

We wanted to know who's ready for winter and who's not. Meteorologist Zac Scott went around our area to find out.

ARKANSAS, USA — Even though we've already seen a couple of early snowfalls, with winter right around the corner we wanted to know who's excited about the cold season and who's playing Grinch.

Can you believe we're looking at our second chance for snowfall and it's not even Thanksgiving yet? A strong storm system is sweeping east across Texas and Oklahoma on Nov. 14, and will quickly move through our area this evening.

Meteorologist Zac Scott went around our area to get the vibe of the people and ask the question, Winter: Yay or Nay?

While most of our area is in line for a dusting to around an inch, some heavier bursts of snow could create slushy spots.

Looking back over the last few winters, we've had 13 days of wintry precipitation in 2019-2020 and 11 days this past winter.
