Cold north winds continue to bring colder than normal temperatures into the area in the wake of this week's rainfall.
Across the higher terrain of NW Arkansas lows will fall into the 20s and low 30s for Friday morning.
Temperatures in the lower terrain will fall into the mid and upper 30s.
Additionally, the recent rains have created the potential for fog to develop overnight; although, the fog risk is offset by the breezy winds.
Warmer temperatures are expected by Friday afternoon and into the Halloween weekend.
