FORT SMITH, Ark. — An overturned commercial vehicle that the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT) says is leaking oil is causing major traffic delays on I-540 in Fort Smith.

A driver at the scene told 5NEWS that everyone appeared to be okay and that the cab of the commercial vehicle was crushed.
