FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — On Wednesday, Arkansas defensive back Joe Foucha announced he is entering the transfer portal. Foucha had the game sealing interception in Saturday's Outback Bowl victory.
The Arkansas senior also had a sack and six tackles in Tampa. This season Foucha had 72 tackles which was tenth in the SEC for his position.
