LEXINGTON (KFSM)- The Razorbacks were not able to extend their win streak on the road, falling to No.16 ranked Kentucky Sunday 77-63.

Kentucky’s fast-paced offense took an early lead, going into halftime the Wildcats were ahead 44-26. But, the Hogs came back hot in the third quarter holding Kentucky’s offense  without a single basket until there was less than four-minutes left in the game. After the third the score was closer, but Kentucky was still hanging on to a lead 55-46 with the Hogs trailing behind them.

Even though three Arkansas players finished in double figures the Wildcats held on to their lead until the end. Jessica Jackson lead the hogs with 18 point, freshman Malica Monk put up 12 , and Kelsey Brooks added 10 to the 63 point total.

Arkansas is now 11-16 overall, 6-8 in SEC play, and 1-9 with away games.

The Razorbacks will play their last regular season away game of the season this coming week. They will play Georgia in Athens Thursday at 6 p.m.
