SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KFSM) — One woman is dead after a multi-vehicle crash shut down all northbound lanes of I-49 Thursday night (Feb. 6) according to Arkansas State Police.

According to an accident report, 48-year-old Teresa Daring of Siloam Springs died after sideswiping the trailer of a passing semi-truck.
The semi veered across lanes and a truck hit Daring's car from behind while she was sitting still.
Arkansas State Police, Springdale Police and the Springdale Fire Department all responded to the scene.
