NORTHWEST ARKANSAS:
I-540 – Arkansas State Police are working an accident on the south side of the interstate right outside the Bobby Hopper Tunnel. Deputies confirmed a car flipped over on its side. Use caution when driving as they tell us the bridges are slick and the roads are wet.
I-49 – Crews are working to widen 2.5 miles of Interstate 49 from New Hope Rd. to Hwy. 62. The project is expected to be finished in late 2015.
Benton County – McKissic Creek Road and Hwy 71B will experience delays over the next 60 days due to rock blasting for the Bella Vista Bypass. Expect delays each day from 9am-3pm.
Hwy 264 – Delays are expected near the Wagon Wheel exit of Interstate 49 due to an ongoing Hwy. improvement project. The purpose of this project is to widen 2.5 miles of Interstate 49 to three lanes in Benton County.
Bella Vista Bypass – Delays are expected on Hwy. 72 due to a highway land widening project. This construction is expected to conclude in mid-2016.
RIVER VALLEY:
I-40 – Franklin County Police are working an accident near I-40 involving two vehicles. No one has been injured at the time.
