ROGERS (KFSM) – A woman and two young boys were injured in a single car accident in Rogers Sunday (Dec. 14) afternoon, according to police.

Sgt. Brad Pollock with the Rogers Police Department said crews responded around 2:30 p.m. to Promenade Boulevard near S. 45th Street.

He said a woman driving a passenger car veered off the road, hit a sign, went down an embankment, then hit a fire hydrant and a tree.

He said all three passengers were wearing seatbelts, but were transported to Mercy Hospital for minor injuries.

Polluck said the accident is still under investigation. He said it is unclear why the car left the roadway.
