BENTONVILLE (KFSM) — A video voyeurism suspect was arrested by Bentonville Police on Monday (March 21) after the department responded to a call at the Neighborhood Market on North Walton Boulevard.

According to a press release, a female customer was shopping inside the business when an unknown man placed a cell phone under her dress as he passed her. Bentonville Police located the suspect, identified as Destin A. Lewis, 30, of Rogers.

The release said that Lewis is an employee of PepsiCo and was working in the store when the incident occurred.

On Tuesday (March 22),  the Bentonville Police Department obtained a search warrant for the cell phone and discovered the video he recorded of the initial victim, as well as a second video of an unknown woman. Both videos were recorded inside the Neighborhood Market, police said

Lewis is facing two counts of felony video voyeurism charges, and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

Lewis was transported to the Benton County Jail, and is awaiting a bond hearing.
