Pollock was killed when a tree fell onto his home located in the Beaver Lake area.

Pollock's sister Amy told 5NEWS he was a "loving, hard-working man," and that he died in the house he was raised in.

"We are happy Leonard is in a better place and we have peace knowing we will be together again in heaven," Amy said.

Damage was reported across the region.

Three deaths were also reported in Oklahoma due to circumstances related to severe weather Sunday (Oct. 20) night, including two teenage boys who died of carbon monoxide poisoning, the AP reports.
