The man arrested for the murder of two men in Scott County was formally arraigned this morning in Waldron.
64 year old Clifford Mac Ritter is charged with first degree murder in the shooting deaths of David Fritschie of Fort Smith and Charles Paluso of Altus Oklahoma.
According to police reports, it is believed Ritter gunned down the two men after an argument in the Coaldale Community.
Scott County Public Defender Andy Riner of Mena represented Ritter in court today.
According to prosecutor Tom Tatum's office, Little Rock Attorney Jerry Lankowski will also be defending Ritter.
