The FBI believe Ruiz was distributing child porn through a peer to peer networking internet site, according to Bentonville police. During the investigation, a search warrant was served at Ruiz's home and authorities seized computer equipment, digital cameras, photographs, magazines, CDs and DVDs.
Ruiz is being held at the Benton County Jail. He's awaiting a bond and probable cause hearing for the offense of Distributing, Possessing, or Viewing Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child.
