Saturday's wintry weather caused a number of accidents on interstate 540... one of them was fatal.
The incident happened around 3:30 saturday afternoon near winslow on I-540.
state police say one person is dead, and another is injured after their car lost control and slid underneath the semi truck.
The person killed was Joshua Michael J. Martin of Van Buren... and the injured was his passenger Britani M. Burgess of Van Buren.
Burgess is in critical condition at the Childrens Hospital in Little Rock.
