"We are shocked and saddened that a fellow Arkansas publication would try to hurt or attempt to suspend any one of the Razorback family including innocent players or personnel when they promote themselves as a publication supporting Arkansas athletics.
It will be interesting to see the backlash Arkansas Business/Arkansas Sports 360 receives when it's readers and advertisers who love and support Razorback athletics realize that it is Arkansas Business themselves who initiated this investigation with the NCAA and contacted them solely in an effort to discredit a competing publication who was attempting to create a positive story to help promote the basketball program.
The only possible minor violation is the very small captions on the photos which gives a courtesy credit of the clothes worn. There is no other possible infraction, as Celebrate Arkansas Magazine was told directly by the University of Arkansas athletic department. We take full responsibility for the small captions as it was our mistake and we completely apologize that it has caused any unnecessary speculation to the University and the basketball program.
In response to any official documents or notices relating to this investigation, Celebrate Arkansas will completely comply with any request put out by the University of Arkansas, just as we have since the beginning of this process.
The real reporting will be evident when responsible and confident reporters get to the real story and contact Arkansas Business for comment on why they would contact the NCAA and attempt to cause harm to the University of Arkansas Men's Basketball team and what their motives were in creating this investigation."
